Waste Water Management

The Need

The pollution load on water has increased over the years due to industrialization and urbanization.

Use of water for irrigation, drinking, power and other purpose compound the challenge.

The Answer

Distinguished Professor of Horticulture, Prof. Teruo Higa, developed EM(Effective Microorganisms) at the University of the Ryukyus, Okinawa, Japan in the early 1980’s. EM is a consortium of different strains of beneficial and effective microorganisms. The main microbes are Lactobacillus, Photosynthetic Bacteria and Yeast. EM Technology is the most powerful tool to carry out effective Environmental Management and has become the natural choice for carrying out Waste Water Treatment.

Through the use of Maple EM.1 Effluclean, odors are being eliminated inside and outside of many facilities, which improves the quality of the working environment, reduces the cost of using deodorizers, disinfectants and pesticides.
